Represents a range of offsets from a single Kafka TopicAndPartition. Instances of this class can be created with OffsetRange.create(). param: topic Kafka topic name param: partition Kafka partition id param: fromOffset Inclusive starting offset param: untilOffset Exclusive ending offset
